Why is The Descendants called The Descendants
just saw descendants, tintin, and sherlock today. incoherent rambling follows. descendants was overall a good movie. its pace reminded me of moneyball or the help. i feel like the best pic noms this year are probably all of that slow moving, thoughtful pace. last year black swan, fighter, social network and kings speech all had some suspense or momentum or some driving force behind the plots....

i just saw Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol before it’s official release date, thanks to IMAX, and I SAW THE 7 MINUTE DARK KNIGHT RISES PREVIEW GHDJKFSDJKNMNVMADMF imax is seriously 10x better than 3D. i’d never pay the extra money for a 3D movie if given the option of 2D but I’d go with the extra cost of imax every time. i don’t know how i’m going to go back to...
